Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU)

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “TCU”) govern access to and use of the Bible Aura mobile application (hereinafter the “Application”), published by StaffMG, which can be contacted at soulstudio.app@gmail.com.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, the user acknowledges that they have read and accepted these T&C without reservation.

1. Purpose of the Application

Bible Aura is a Bible meditation and devotional application offering, in particular:

• Biblical texts
• Daily devotions
• Spiritual content for personal and non-contractual purposes

The Application is intended for spiritual and cultural purposes only. It does not constitute official religious, pastoral, psychological, or medical advice.

2. Access to the Application

The Application is accessible free of charge or via optional features, according to the terms specified on download platforms (Google Play Store, Apple App Store). The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt access to all or part of the Application without prior notice.

3. User Account

Certain features may require the creation of a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of login details. Any use from their account is under their responsibility.

4. Content

The content offered in Bible Aura (texts, meditations, visuals, audio) is for informational and spiritual purposes. The publisher strives to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee completeness or perfect timeliness.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, its structure, name, logo, and all content are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or use is strictly prohibited. Biblical texts may come from public domain translations or used with permission.

6. Authorized Use

The user agrees to use the Application:

• In accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• For strictly personal and non-commercial purposes
• Without infringing the rights of third parties or disrupting the Application

7. Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable:

• For misuse of the Application
• For temporary or permanent interruptions to the service
• For any indirect damage resulting from the use of the Application

The user acknowledges they use the Application under their sole responsibility.

Payment and Subscription

Bible Aura offers subscription plans to access premium features. Payments are processed securely. Fees are non-refundable and charged in advance on a recurring basis. Review plan details carefully before subscribing.

Data Sharing and Third-Party Providers

• Data Sharing with OpenAI: To deliver AI-powered features, Bible Aura shares certain user data with OpenAI (user queries, interaction logs, anonymized usage data). Data is shared solely to process queries and generate scripture-based responses. Data is minimized, anonymized, and protected according to contracts and laws.
• Other third-party service providers may assist in operating the website and services under similar safeguards.

10. External Links

The Application may contain links to third-party sites. The publisher does not control these and is not responsible for their content.

11. Modification of TCU

The publisher may modify the TCU at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These TCU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, courts of France will have jurisdiction.
